YEAR-ROUND TUTORING
1-1 Math Tutoring
Basic Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, or Pre-Calculus
Does your child need extra help with math?
During this tutoring session, I explain math in easy-to-understand steps.
I can help your child with the topic of a current homework assignment, course of study or with a specific math area of difficulty. Parents provide the worksheets or classwork with which their child needs help
To gain a better understanding of the child’s needs, I will first review the topic and then spend time completing a few sample problems. This will give students a successful headstart in completing their assignment. Most importantly, I will explain the information in a way that is easy to understand. Children can do math!

Glencoe Geometry (1st Semester)
In this non-graded semester class, students will meet twice a week to learn the topics in the first half of Glencoe Math (Geometry). Learners will have detailed lessons and examples to help them understand and master the topics.
This is a geometry class for learners who take in information in small “bites” at a time.
It is also for learners who are not necessarily “math-minded” but need a complete high-school geometry class.
**Please note: This is not a remedial class.**
Parents will be responsible for grading. (The answers to the odd-numbered exercises are given in the back of the book.) Additionally, a complete, step-by-step answer key will be given for each chapter test. Parents can use this to check their child’s work and issue grades.
